1. The 15th/last day of the month has passed. Why am I still not seeing performance updates?

Earn Explore performances are calculated on the 15th/last day of each month,  twice a month, and shared with users after 3 business days of careful settlement. 

All the time mentioned in Haru Invest announcements and services are based on UTC time, because we are serving users from over 140 countries around the world with very different time zones.

We would appreciate it if you could take the time difference into account when any time related issue is concerned.

15th or last day of the month is referred to: 

Individual performance of your Earn Explore lockup and overall performance reports of all Earn Explore products calculated from the previous update until 23:59:59 on the 15th (or last day) of the month in UTC time.

The settlement takes up to 3 business days and will update all users with the performances through in-app/official channels.

As Haru Invest aims for a global standard service, each country’s local holidays are not excluded, but only weekends (Sat/Sun) are excluded from the business days.

The settlement of Haru Invest's Earn Explore performance has never exceeded 3 business days since the launch of the service.

 

2. The expiration date has passed. Why have I not received my principal and earnings?

For all Earn Explore products, the settlement work after maturity takes up to 3 business days, then the fees will be charged if any, and the principal and earnings will be transferred to the Haru Wallet.

3. Swapping cryptocurrencies in Switch

  1. Market Switch
    • Users can swap cryptocurrencies instantly at market price, which can be checked by simply choosing the cryptocurrency pair in Switch.
    • Upon exceeding the Switch pool balance limit, the Market Switch order might be denied.
    • Market Switch orders do not support partial fulfillment.
  2. Limit Switch
    • Users can swap cryptocurrencies at the price they want.
    • The Limit Switch order price can be set by the user.
    • Limit Switch orders might be partially filled when there is insufficient balance in the Switch pool.

 

4. Frost & Crystal (Collectibles)

All Frosts and Crystals can be considered as collectibles - that can be collected by members. However, there is just a single edition of Frost and limited Crystals currently.

 

5. There are frosts with minus returns listed on Marketplace. Is this normal?

Marketplace service supports crypto asset liquidity of Earn Plus lockup products currently owned by customers. All transactions within the Marketplace are based on the individual will of the seller/buyer. Only the seller can set the price of the Frost listed on Markpletace and Haru Invest does not intervene in personal transactions.

 

However, in the case of a negative yield of Frost, it is clearly stated that the product has a greater loss than the profit on the Frost product page.
