Haru Invest support may require live-chat video-selfie verification for identity verification, especially when the account has any amount deposited.

It is to ensure the requestor on live chat is the account's true owner.

This verification procedure can only be conducted on live chat with our customer support staff during business hours.

You will need to record yourself with your ID and a piece of paper with five random words we will give you.

It could be your ID card, Driver's license, or passport.

5 to 10 seconds of video recording of you holding the written paper and ID is enough.

But once our Haru Invest support staff tells you the five words, the recording should be uploaded to this live chat within 5 min.
