Which crypto and network does Haru Invest support?

Designated cryptocurrencies and networks used for deposits/withdrawals are listed below:

How long does it take to deposit in Haru Wallet?

The time it takes to deposit your cryptocurrency to the Haru wallet safely is as follows:

How long does it take to withdraw from Haru Wallet?

You may withdraw your assets via the designated networks only, and they're as follows:

For XRP, the destination tag must fill in. Haru Invest is not responsible for wrongly deposited crypto assets with no destination tag fill-in.

Please double-check your address and network details before you request to withdraw your assets. Haru Invest is not responsible for any asset loss caused by withdrawal to the wrong address or via an unsupported network (including XRP withdrawal without a destination tag).

Here's how to withdraw your assets from Haru Wallet:

  1. Request withdrawal from your Haru Wallet.
  2. Check your inbox for an email titled "Withdrawal Requested."
  3. The whole process can take between 10-24 hours. Please note that the system is automatic, and there's no way to stop or accelerate the process.
  4. When the withdrawal is complete, you'll receive an email titled "Withdrawal Successful" with TXID included.

What should I do if I withdrew to an incorrect wallet address or an address of an unsupported blockchain network?

If you've already withdrawn to an incorrect address and received TXID via email, it's impossible to reverse the process at our end. We suggest you turn to the wallet service provider for further assistance.
