KYB stands for Know Your Business.
Identity verification of a corporate account, also known as KYB (Know Your Business) is an essential step to enjoy all products of Haru Invest. After you sign up for a corporate account, you must complete your identity verification process through the exclusive corporate account channel. The process takes about 1 to 2 weeks to be approved. The process is as below:
- Submitting the required documents
- Please submit your documents with the given link to your email. Once you have submitted all of the necessary documents, Argos will communicate directly with you if we need additional documents.
- Identification of the corporate and individuals
- After confirming that all documents are collected, the process of identification and AML screening of all related individuals and corporations will be conducted. Depending on the size of the corporation, this process may take up to 7 business days to be completed.
- KYB completed
- Once the KYB is completed, you will be contacted via email by the representative from Haru Invest and receive further instructions.
Please ensure you can view the status of the KYB verification process on Haru Invest's website or mobile app. That way, you can only verify your corporate account once you complete KYB through a notification mail from us.
