What should I do if I withdrew my assets to an incorrect wallet address using an unsupported blockchain network?

Please note that every deposit and withdrawal process must go through the blockchain networks supported by Haru Invest as follows:

Bitcoin_Icon.pngBTC: Bitcoin Legacy, Nested Segwit, Native Segwit, Taproot network only
Ethereum_icon.pngETH: Ethereum Network only
USDT_icon.pngUSDT: Ethereum Network only
usdc.jpgUSDC: Ethereum Network only

Before withdrawing your assets from Haru Wallet, you must double-check that you've entered the correct address and used the network supported by Haru Invest. If you've already withdrawn to the incorrect address and received your TXID in your inbox, Haru Invest won't be able to revert the transaction. We recommend you turn to the wallet service provider for further assistance.
