1. Login Upbit
2. Click this My Information icon at your right-bottom on the screen
3. Click this User information icon at your right-upper on the screen
4. Click Manage Personal Information ' and remember exactly what's written in for your DOB and your name in English.
5. Contact us through live chat to check if your name in English and DOB are exactly the same. Once you tell us your name in English and your DOB written in Upbit, Haru Invest customer support will check if they are the same and if they are not, customer support will make it the same for your future transaction with Upbit
