What should I do if my payment keeps failing?

There might be a few reasons as to why your payment is not going through. Please see the possible reasons below:

  • Wrong CVC/CVV or wrong SMS code entered
  • Not enough money on the card
  • The transactional limit has exceeded (set by yourself or the your bank)
  • Anti-fraud settings (set by yourself or the bank)
  • Other limits set by the bank
