We want to provide the following update on the current situation and progress.

As mentioned, we prioritize taking legal action to recover damages for our users as soon as possible. To prevent any further damages to users, we have taken necessary steps to protect company-owned assets and minimize operations, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration many users have experienced during this process.

We recognize the importance of communicating with users and apologize for the delay due to the current situation. We're glad to have a channel to communicate with users and look forward to changing our communication.

We found that different representatives are contacting us in a variety of ways. And for now, we have decided to reach out and communicate through an official representative. This is because we were not able to respond to emails individually, and also because we want to communicate more thoughtfully in a close manner. 

Also, we have confirmed many Telegram channels titled 'Representative', but we have difficulty identifying it precisely because it is communicated through various channels.
