The 15th/last day of the month has passed. Why am I still not seeing performance updates?

Earn Explore performances are calculated on the 15th/last day of each month,  twice a month, and shared with users after 3 business days’ careful settlement. 

 

All the time mentioned in Haru Invest announcements and services is based on UTC time, because we are serving users from over 140 countries around the world with very different time zones. We would appreciate it if you could take the time difference into account when any time-related issue is concerned.



The 15th or last day of the month is referred to as: 

Individual performance of your Earn Explore lockup and overall performance reports of all Earn Explore products are calculated from the previous update until 23:59:59 on the 15th (or last day) of the month in UTC time.

The settlement takes up to 3 days and will update all users with the performances through in-app/official channels.

 

As Haru Invest aims for a global standard service, each country’s local holidays are not excluded, but only weekends (Sat/Sun) are excluded from the business days.

 

The settlement of Haru Invest's Earn Explore performance has never exceeded 3 business days since the launch of the service.
